• Always use AU Bank gold loan pouches before handing over gold to the AU Bank branch.
• New gold loan pouch has three seals.
• First seal will be closed at the time of disbursement by Yellow Metal employees in front of customer.
• Customer signature is mandatory on the gold pouch.
• Yellow Metal loan managers signature mandatory.
• Each packet has different series Number which has to be mentioned in GL application during loan creation.

Important Note:

All AU Bank Loan pouch numbers that are cancelled or dummy closure or rejected should be kept as a record. All these pouch numbers should be filled in this below Google Form every month end.
