Important Note
- One customer can only have one unique mobile number and one name mapped to it.
- If a name is changed for one loan account with same mobile number all the other loans will be renamed to that number. Please be very careful when submitting a “Change of customer name on the loan account form” the risk is on the branch operations team.
- Mention the right loan ID’s to be changed.
- Any mismatch for customer names in the loan account, we need Aadhar copy that matches the existing phone number with new name.
- Customers mobile number or name should match with Aadhar. Either the old name or new name one of them should match with the existing mobile number, if not name change will not be permitted.
Process
- Collect a copy of Aadhar with customer signature. If it is a different name collect signed Aadhar from both customers.
- Collect a signed copy of “Change of customer name on the loan account form”.
- This form should be signed by the collecting loan manager.
- Share the signed form with the central team on Whatsapp to Sindhu.
- Please store all “Change of customer name on the loan account forms” collected from customers in one file.
Timeline ****
- Our team will take 24 hours to update this in the system.
- Any transactions to this loan account can only be done after 24 hours after sharing the signed form with the central team.
