  1. All reimbursements(Housekeeping, water or any other) will be processed by 5th of every month.
  2. Electricity bills should be claimed along with the paid receipt and bill.
  3. All reimbursements should be claimed in the consecutive month.
  4. Stamp papers purchased will be reimbursed on actuals , number of stamp papers purchased and loans created will be verified on a Quartertly/Half-yearly basis. (Only for Andra Pradesh Branches).

Stationary and Housekeeping expenses

  1. Before any purchase, an email has to be sent to [email protected] with the relevant information, other than the regular .

  3. Housekeeping products can be purchased at Reliance Smart Point or other supermarket outlets.
