Employee Deciding to resign

• Notice period for loan managers in one month
• Notice period for Assistant Branch Managers and Branch Managers its two months.
• Please share your resignation over an email to Rahul ([email protected]) and Nikhil ([email protected])
• Your notice period will start from the date of sending your resignation email.
• On your last day of working please handover all the company assets (Mobile, Finger Print Reader, Printer etc.,assets to be in working condition else to be borne by the employee) to your Branch Manager and share an email to Rahul ([email protected]) and Nikhil ([email protected]) to inform the handover.

Terms and Conditions

• Full and final settlement will take 60 days from the last date of working
• Your salary will be on hold in this 60 day period
• No incentives will be provided during your notice period
• Any deviations with the policy will not be eligible to get a employment letter and the company will reserve all the rights to raise an official / Legal complaint or notice.
