Shift Loan Discrepancies:
- If the customer or branch manager has not completed the loan with 7 days from the date of disbursement, Our Vigilance team will identify the reason and file a police complaint.
New Loan Discrepancies:
- If the customer or branch manager has not completed the loan with 7 days from the date of disbursement, Our Vigilance team will identify the reason and file a police complaint.
Cash Discrepancies during Vigilance check:
- All cash transactions have to match the cashbook.
- 1000 fine for every new / shift loan account without loan ID assigned but disbursement shown during vigilance check .
- 1000 fine for every interest collected but not added to cashbook.
- 1000 fine every mismatch in cash balance with out any explanation
- All fines are collected from branch managers salaries. It is up to branch manger to divide it with the team or not.
- 100% physical cash should match with cash balance shown in Loan Managers app in the branch.
Other Discrepancies
- Cash mismatch due to Yellow Metal team members collusion. Company will only wait for 24 hours for clarification. If the cash dues are not justified and cleared same day , police complaint will be immediately filled.
